Excursion November 28, 13:00--17:30 The afternoon of Wednesday,
November 28, features an excursion to Miyajima. Miyajima is the island which has been
worshipped as a god since ancient times. This belief, passed down from generation to generation, has
protected Itsukushima Shrine, many other
shrines and temples as well as the island's unique
culture, and its sacred nature. Boat to Miyajima is set to sail
at 13:00 at the pier located in front of the hotel. Please arrive at the pier at least 10 minutes
before department. If you miss your scheduled departure you will not receive a refund. Attendees
are recommended to carry something (umbrella or raincoat) to protect them
from the rain.
